Cookie policy
Short version: no advertising cookies, and nothing optional loads until you say so.
How we use cookies and storage
Cookies and browser storage are small pieces of data a site keeps on your device. We keep this to a minimum. The only thing this site stores by itself is your cookie choice. Optional features that come from other companies, like the Google map on our contact page, load only after you allow them.
Categories
- Necessary: remembers your cookie choice. Always on, because without it we would have to ask on every page.
- Maps: loads the Google Maps embed on the contact page. Off until you allow it; you can always open the map directly in Google Maps instead.
- Analytics: not in use. If we add it, it will be off until you allow it, and this page will list it.
- Advertising: none. We do not use ad or retargeting cookies.
What is stored
- site-consent, set by this site in browser local storage (Necessary). Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask on every page. Kept for 12 months.
- Google Maps cookies such as NID and AEC, set by google.com (Maps). Set by Google when the map on the contact page loads, only with your permission. Kept by Google for up to 6 months.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or the button at the top of this one. Clearing this site’s data in your browser also resets it, and we will ask again.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of everything optional.
