Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of autrixautogroup.com and the text messages you get from Autrix Auto Group LLC ("Autrix Auto Group", "we", "us"). By using the website or signing up for texts, you agree to them.

Website

The information on this website is for general information. Prices, availability and service offers can change and are confirmed only in writing at the shop. Do not misuse the website or try to break into it.

Text message terms

Program. Autrix Auto Group text alerts, sent by Autrix Auto Group LLC to mobile numbers. We send codes when you ask for one (to confirm a booking you make online, or to sign a repair order online); a note that we got a request you sent from this site; visit texts (when your visit is requested, booked, confirmed, moved, cancelled or not confirmed, and a reminder before it); texts about your repair orders (work or added work that needs your OK, a reminder that it is still waiting, papers to sign, your signed copy, late parts, your vehicle ready for pickup, invoices and receipts); and, only if you asked our staff for it, a reminder about work you put off. Signing up. You agree by ticking the "Text me" box on our schedule page after you sign in with a code we text to your mobile number, or by telling our staff when they book your visit and they record it. The box is never ticked for you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. When you ask for a code by text, we text it to the number you typed.

How often. Message frequency varies with your visits and repair orders. About 5 texts per visit.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.

Stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us, codes included. Reply START to turn texts about your visits and repair orders back on.

Help. Reply HELP for help, call (717) 330-7700, or email sales@autrixautogroup.com.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We never share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this website or our text messages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under your sales or repair agreements or under the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
