What we collect

Contact details: your name, mobile phone number, email address and mailing address.
Vehicle and service details: your vehicle, appointments, quotes, repair orders, invoices and service history.
Purchase details you give us when you buy a vehicle.
What you send us: the forms on this site, your messages, and photos you email us.
Text message records: your consent to receive texts, with the words you were shown, the page, when and how you gave it, and the texts we send and the replies you send us.
Website data: basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type.

Our forms never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or bank details. Do not send those by email or text.

How we use it

To sell, service and repair your vehicle, and to schedule and confirm appointments.
To send you the codes, visit texts and repair order texts you agreed to receive.
To email you about your requests, appointments and paperwork, and to send offers only if you asked for them.
To answer your questions and keep records the law requires.
To keep our website and systems secure.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to: codes you ask for, visit texts and texts about your repair orders, and a note that we got a request you sent. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this policy and are never shared with third parties. The only exception is the text message service that delivers our messages for us, which may only use your number to deliver them.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that work for us, such as our text message, email and hosting providers, only as needed to provide their service to us.
When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. It stores your cookie choice in your browser. The Google Maps embed on the contact page and any website analytics only load if you allow them in the cookie banner, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal. How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as you are a customer and as long as the law requires for vehicle sales and service records. Text message records are kept as long as needed to show your consent and opt-out.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us.
Use the link at the bottom of any offer email to stop offer emails.
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by calling (717) 330-7700 or emailing sales@autrixautogroup.com. Some records must be kept by law.

Children

Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
